Preorder updates and estimated shipping
I usually send major updates through the newsletter as well such as final dates and also on my social media, thank you! If you can not find your preorder here, do not hesitate to contact for any questions or doubts.
Please know that some preorders can be delayed due to the war and oil/gasoline problems it caused. I am currently waiting for most of them to arrive. Thank you.
- Preorders for Van Gogh's Sunflower Tote bag arrived and all the orders that included them and not other preorders yet to arrive are sent!
- Preordered caps, preordered Umbreon Moonbags and Eeveelution jackets arrived and are being sent! I am still working on the shipments but will be done soon.
- Preorders for eeveelution bag - Fairy arrived and are still being sent. I hopefully will be done around the first week of June.
- Smaller goodies such like keychains, standees, deskmats, finished production ahead of time and I started shipping them! You should receive the notification with your tracking number these days.
- Hairclips, soft key covers and stickers arrived and are being sent!
- Water bottles, glasses, piplup bath rugs and ceramic mugs are here and I started shipping the orders that include them. Rugs are taking a bit more time but I expect to finish shipping everything by May 7th
- Plushies preorders arrived and I started sending them! I am almost done with all the shipments.
- Van Gogh's Sunflower sweatshirts are having a 15 day delay. They finished productionon the 27th of May and have to be transported to me, expecting to start shipping the 15th of June. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you have a big order and want your other items sent ahead first, please let me know!
Why is the store closed?
For now, as I am only one person operating everything, the store opens twice a year (summer and winter) and closes after a certain period of time to fully work on preorders, restocking and renewing. I try to keep on improving shipping times and store openings. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank youd deeply for your support and patience.
Can I change my address?
Yes, of course! Send a message about it either on the chat or vto my contact email sugahri.contct@gmail.com and I'll change it!
You can change your address anytime until the items are sent.
What if I ordered something -in stock- with a -Preorder- item?
Your whole order will be sent when the preorder items are ready. If you wish to get those first you will need to make separate order.
I am unsure of what my tracking number says
All orders and shipments include tracking and it is sent to your email.
You can track them using the link that arrives to your email or your local post service, which is usually more convenient in case you are unsure of the status. For example for United States it would be USPS. For Canada it will be Canada Post, for United Kingdom Royal Mail, etc.
Arrival Timings Information
Once you receive your tracking number:
1 to 5 working days for spanish customers (National mail service!)
5 to 10 working days for european customers
7 to 15 working days for international customers (please keep an eye on your tracking number!)
IMPORTANT: I urge all customers to keep an eye on their tracking number not only using the link providad but also using your local post service tracking, as they are in charge of the orders once the package arrives at your country, they hold the packages at your post offices and have all the information.
